A visit to a closed cave in Belgium

A few weeks ago I was invited bij een speleofriend to visit a recently discovered cave in Belgium (2019). Last week we had an appointment in the Belgian Ardenne to visit the cave. After everybody arrived we walked to a small hole (during exploration they put a steel pipe in it). After a few meters we entered a small passage that lead to a 6 meter pit. Down in the pit you arrive in a big chamber for Belgian standards (40 x 20 meters I think).

The chamber is very nice decorated. In the camber there are also other things to see like small eccentrics.

And some red formations

A very nice gour

At the end of the first chamber the cave continues to a second chamber. This one is a little bit smaller than the first one. In this chamber there are also some nice formations.

After more than 5 hours we decided to go back. We were very impressed bij this very nice cave. I want to thank my friends for showing us this beautiful cave.
